Welcome to the neighborhood ?
UPDATE: 30 days into the 90 days Due Diligence period ... Nancy Hoffmann is referred to as "the silent equity partner" and no one is supposed to know... The three buildings belonged to Richard Rhynes. He was also the owner of Ms Hoffmann first downtown purchase.
Remind me to tell you a story about how Ms Hoffmann got introduced to all of these wonderful finds... it 's a good one!
Oh my goodness. No shame!
ReplyDeleteBefore or after she voted to give them money?

You're welcome. I was surprised during my research how little there is out there on her. One gets the impression she is adept at flying under the radar.

DeleteThis will be intersting since bot parties look at people as disposable. They are users And Nancy Hofman has used many people to get was she wants and then moves on to the highest bidder. Same for the Momemtum group. One big difference is that the momentum group is beyond broke with no credit, when ms Hoffman seems to have unlimited funds. Will she try to rent to DGI again? Will she use more public $ to support her holdings?
ReplyDeletethe woman's got balls. first she fucks with the college student population and whoever caters to it and then, this. http://www.facebook.com/groups/133967453463232/ using people is what she does
ReplyDeleteWe will see how she handles the noise ordinance going forward...I heard the young professionals are having a meeting on this topic Thursday. It is difficult to please a college student and Roy Carroll at the same time.
